State of the Arts is a program of the Montana Arts Council designed to provide timely information about the arts in Montana to artists and organizations.

To receive the next bimonthly newspaper or update current information complete the applicable items in the form below. State of the Arts is provided free of charge when mailed to a Montana address. Out-of-state residents must send an annual $15 subscription fee to:

The information you provide about yourself can become part of an Artist Resource database (see confidentiality below) that the Montana Arts Council makes available to interested galleries, event sponsors, businesses, etc. who are looking for artists.

This list typically includes galleries, performing arts touring programs, and publishers wishing to announce projects that would be of interest to artists. We do not provide our list to commercial non-arts entities.
