Since 1999, David Spear has servid as director of A VOICE, a student photography program based at the Two Eagle River School in Pablo, Montana. In 2022 the Montana Arts Council interviewed David about his work with students on the Flathead Reservation to learn and share photography as means of personal expression and identity.
